糖尿病高脂血症对微循环供氧的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF HYPERLIPIDEMIA ON MICROCIRCULATORY OXYGEN CONVEYANCE IN DIABETICS

摘要 对51例糖尿病患者足背静脉血气变化与血脂关系的研究结果表明,高脂血症者静脉血氧分压(PvO_2)增高和二氧化碳分压(PvCO_2)降低;本组患者PvO_2与血清甘油三酯(TG)浓度呈正相关。提示除高血糖外,高血脂亦参与改变糖尿病患者微循环灌注和供氧。 The relationship between the blood gas in dorsal pedal vein and serum lipids was investigated in 51 diabetics. In diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia (serum TG >1.65 mmol / L or / and serum total cholesterol > 5.80mmol / L), venous oxygen tension(PvOa) was higher and carbon dioxide tension (PvCO2) lower than those in diabetic patients with normo-lipidemia. There was a correlation between PvO2 and serum TG(r=0.319, P<T).02) in diabetics. These results suggested that hyperlipidemia may involve in microcirculatory oxygen conveyance in diabetics.
