摘要
本文根据区间估计误差最小准则．对生物等效性评价中常用几种统计方法的检验功效进行比较分析，同时提出兼顾统计功效与经济效益，用于确定受试人数的两阶段抽样方法。并用一个实例说明整个分析过程。
The power and sample size determination for testing bioequivalence are studiedbased on minimum rule of interval estimating error. The two-step sampling method was recommended for crossover design in bioequivalence.An example is presented to illustrate those methods.
