摘要
研究采用Ｂｉｅｌｓｃｈｏｗｓｋｙ玲木银染法，对１０例儿童尸头面部皮肤神经纤维的走向进行了观察，并结合该部位的Ｌａｎｇｅｒ氏皮纹走向进行对比分析。结果：皮肤神经纤维走行方向与Ｌａｎｇｅｒ氏皮纹走向基本一致，在与Ｌａｎｇｅｒ氏皮纹平行和垂直的两种不同切口之间神经纤维的截断情况有明显差异，平行于Ｌａｎｇｅｒ氏皮纹的切口可以减少神经纤维的损伤。因此，选择与Ｌａｎｇｅｒ氏皮纹走向相一致的切口，对于维持神经纤维的正常功能，促进创口愈合是有其临床意义的。

orientation of the facial nerve fibers was observed on 10 child
cadavers by modifiedBielschowsky’s silver impregnation method and
was compared with the Langer’s line in the facialskin. The result
showed the direction of skinny nerve fibers coincided well with that
ofLanger’s lines. Signiflcant numerical difference of the nerve
fibers was measured between the inci-sion parallel to Langer’s
lines and that vertical to Langer’s lines. Only few nerve fibers
injured inthe incision parallel to Langer’s Iines. This incision
Shotild be taken in facial surgeries.
