摘要
选用雄性ＳＤ大鼠５只，将左右上颌第一磨牙冠状方向作冰冻切片，厚度４０μｍ，采用免疫化学技术，观察牙周膜中含ＣＧＲＰ的神经纤维分布特点。结果表明：牙周膜神经纤维分布不均匀，以根尖１／３神经分布最多，其次是牙龈邻近的颈１／３区域。牙周膜中含ＣＧＲＰ的神经纤维形态各异：多数为单根或多根纤维沿血管走行，少数单根纤维走行无规律，常以游离端形式终止。纤维丰富区多呈“分枝状”、“簇”、“网”分布。大部分神经纤维靠近牙槽骨侧。
Five healthy male SD rats were used to investigate the distribution of CGRP positive nerve fiber in the periodontal ligament. Serial frozen sections of the maxillary first molars were cut along buccolingual direction.CGRP positive nervous fibers in the periodontal ligament were examined with Avidin Biotin Peroxidase Complex (ABC) method. Various forms of the CGRP positive nerve fibers in the ligament were observed:(1) simple bundle or complex bundles were distributed along the blood vessels in the ligament; (2)a few simple nervous fibers were terminated in periodontal collagen as free endings;(3) abundant fibers in periodontal ligament were branch ,net or plexus like. There were more CGRP positive nerve fibers in the periodontal ligament tissue on both buccal and palatal side than on the side between roots. On the buccal and palatal side of periodontal ligament,there were more CGRP positive fibers in the radical 1/3 than that in the cervical 1/3 and the least in the middle 1/3; on the side of periodontal ligament between roots,there were more CGRP positive fibers in the radical 1/3 than that in the middle 1/3, and the least in the cervical 1/3.
