摘要 本文介绍了采用立浇工艺将高硬度高耐磨性的高铬铸铁和高韧性的优质碳素钢有机地熔融为一个整体,制成双金属复合球磨机衬板.并对其力学性能进行了多种试验研究.经试验,该衬板兼具两种金属的优点,既有较高的耐磨性,又有良好的整体韧性,适用于大型球磨机. The paper states a liner plate of ball mill that is melted into an whole body with wear-resisting high chromium cast iron and high tough carbon steel by vertical cast. Its mechanical properties have been studied. Tests show that the liner plate is possessed of merits of the two kinds of metal. It is not only good at wear-resisting, but good at toughness. This liner plate is suited for large-scale ball mill.
