摘要
乙烯低温储罐结构复杂,建造质量标准高,具有一定的施工难度。上海金山石化1万 t乙烯低温储罐采用双层圆筒形拱顶金属结构,内罐全部采用5Ni钢制成,外罐罐底和第1圈壁板采用5Ni钢,其余均采用优质碳素钢。文章介绍了该乙烯低温储罐的主要设计参数、结构特点、施工程序、安装方法以及5Ni钢的焊接技术、绝热施工技术和储罐的总体检验方法。通过采取合理的施工程序和施工技术,加强施工全过程的质量控制,该乙烯低温储罐的几何尺寸均符合规范要求,焊接一次合格率达到99.85%,各项技术经济指标达到设计要求,荣获国家优质工程银质奖。
Double - deck cylinder type vault metal structure has been adopted for large scale ethylene storage tank of low temperature at Jinshan oil plant in Shanghai City. Inner layer is made completely with 5 Ni steels, outside jar base and first circle wall board is made with 5 Ni steels, others are adopted with high quality carbon steel. Article has introduced major design parameters, structural characteristic, construction technology and installation methods of this ethylene storage tank of low temperature. Article has also introduced construction technology and experience of heat insulation and the welding technology for 5 Ni steels of this ethylene storage tank of low temperature.
