摘要
钛酸铝是具有低膨胀和高熔点的无机材料之一,可以运用在包括陶瓷工业用窑具等许多方面,但其固有的在800~1300℃温度范围内的分解阻碍了其工业化应用的进程.本文讨论了合成钛酸铝纯度对AT稳定性的影响;研究了钛酸铝稳定剂的选择方法、复合稳定剂作用以及添加剂对烧结的影响;给出了评价钛酸铝稳定效果的时间判据,并在此基础上研制成功在1100℃(钛酸铝最快分解温度)下保温时间达51Oh不分解的优质钛酸铝.
Aluminum-titanate is a material with high melting temperature and lowthermal expansion coefficient, but the thermal unstability between 800~1300°C handicaps its utilization. In this paper, the effect of the purity of Aluminum-titanate AT on its thermal stability studied; the function of single or complex addition on the stability is researched; the criterion to evaluate the stability of AT by test is given and the AT solid solution with improved stability (no decomposition at 1100°C and as long as 510 h) is produced.
