摘要
用弹性力学分析了颗粒弥散强化复相陶瓷材料中的残余热应力,得到了界面残余热应力的计算公式,利用此公式可对颗粒弥散强化复相陶瓷材料的界面进行设计和控制,为基质和颗粒的选材提供了理论基础.还对部分实例进行了计算,其结果与实验结果相符.
By applying elastic mechanics,the residual thermal straines over the interface of perticlny within a multi-phase comicssystem strengthened by particle discced effect have been analyses. The equations for the calculation of the strco arc comequently ontained which can be aPPlied for the designing and controlling Of the interface factor of the system and the selection oftab appropriate probities of both the particles and matrices in question. Some examples hay' been Calculated,and they are ingab agr6ement with the experimental resultS given in some Precious publicated pepers.
