摘要
采用中和试验比较了草鱼出血病病毒GCHV873的11个多肽的免疫原性,确定了主要中和抗原。纯化的单个病毒多肽免疫家兔获得抗血清,多肽VP_1、VP_5、VP_6和VP_9的抗血清具有中和效价,而VP_2、VP_3、VP_4、VP_7、VP_8、VP_(10)和VP_(11)则不能诱生中和抗体。其中VP_6的抗血清中和效价最高,因此,VP_6极可能是病毒多肽中的主要中和抗原。
he immunogenicity of the 11 polypeptides of GCHV873 were commnd by using neutralizationtest for the determination of the major protective antigen.The viral polypeptides labelled with FITCwere analyzed on a 10%polyacrylamide gel.The individual polypeptides were retrieved from the gelby electric elution,and were used for immunizing rabbits to prepare antisera.Each anti-polypeptide antiserum was titrated in a neutralization test.The neutralization titres of the andsera indicated that theneutralizing activity of anti VP_6 antiserum was thehighest among them,while the VP_2,VP_3,VP_4,VP_7,VP_8,VP_(10) and VP_(11) could not induce neutralizing antibodies.Therefore, VP_6 may be a major neutraliring antigen.
