摘要
提出了砂轮按斜直线进行修整,能获得砂轮轴截面为双曲线形状的新方法。给出了它的形成原理和有关公式。用双曲线拟合渐开线蜗杆法剖面齿形,通过计算机优化计算,能达到很小的拟合误差。对模数m4测量用标准渐开线蜗杆的实例进行拟合计算,其最大齿形拟合误差为0.11μm以下。
The grinding wheel for worm grinding is dressed by an ablique line and a hyperbolic axis section of the wheel is formed. Then, it is optimized by computer and so small fitting error is realiazed. A calculation is made for standard involute worm (m = 4mm),and the maximum fitting error of the profile is no more than 0. 11μm. This method also can be used in fitting calculation and manufacture of precision involute gear.
