The Design and Manufacturing of Gear Hobbing and Shaving Cutter of Large Modular Tooth With Hard Face and High Precision

摘要 在总结国内外经验的基础上研制一种新型滚剃刀。这种滚剃刀以滚切方式进行,由于刀具的侧切削刃具有较窄的刃带,从而也具有剃削作用。对这种滚剃刀在中小模数硬齿面齿轮上进行模拟实验的结果,表明齿轮的精度和光洁度都有了明显的提高和改善。这种新型刀具的制造为大模数硬齿面齿轮精加工刀具提供了一种新途径。 Grinding with the slice-shped grinding wheel on Gear Grinding Machine is a general method for finishing of gear with hard face in order to get a precise tooth profiles and improve the smoothness. But the cost is high and the effieency is low. The situation will be worse especially when hard face gear with large modules is machined. For this reason,a new type of hobbing and shaving cutter has been developed by the authors based upon absorbing domestic and foreign experience. The cutting manner is hobbing,as well as shaving due to the narrow cutting edge band on the side edge of the cutter. The stimulated machining test on small modular gear with hard face using this cutter is carried out by the authors which shows that the precision and roughness of the gear are improved remarkably. Because of the readiness of producing this kind of cutter,a new method for producing precise machining cutter for hard face gear with large module is provided undoubtadly,therefore.
