摘要
棉花感病品种种入含二硝基苯胺类化合物的育苗土中,移栽后能明显提高对棉枯萎病(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum,FOV)的抗性,效果达70%。二硝基苯胺类化合物为非杀菌化合物。试验表明,该化合物对FOV的生长无抑制作用,反而还能刺激菌丝生长和孢子萌发。FOV对处理过的棉苗侵染率降低,且只能侵染到子叶节以下。处理过的棉苗蛋白图谱与对照相比有3条带明显增强。这些都说明,二硝基苯胺类化合物处理诱导了棉苗的抗病性。
When cotton seedlings (susceptible cultivar) were planted in sbil amended with the Dinitroaniline, the resistance of cotton to wilt disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum FOV was increased. Disease incidence in treated seedlings was reduced 70% in comparison with the control. Dinitroanilines did not inhibit the growth of hyphal and restrict the germination of conidial in vitro. In treated cotton seedlings, FOV was
confined below hypocotyl. Protein profiles of treated cotton leaves differed from that of
control. The quantity of three bands dramatically increased. Their molecular weights were 30, 25 and 15Kd respectively. The results indicated that Dinitroanilines enhanced the resistance of cotton seedlings to Fusarium wilt.
