摘要
桂圆肉和蛤蚧的提取液,ig 20ml/kg/d×10对小鼠遭受低温、高温、缺氧刺激有明显的保护作用,并可增加正常小鼠体重;ig 15ml/kg/d×14对利血平化小鼠体重下降具有非常显著的对抗作用;ig 15ml/kg/d×10可增加小鼠ⅳ碳粒的廓清速率;ig 20ml/kg/d×7能增加小鼠脾重。
ALG is an extract from Arillus Iongan and Gecko. Our experiment has shown that ALG ig 20ml/kg/d×10 elevates significantly tolerance in mice under low and high temperatures and anoxia, and also increases the body-weight of normal mice, while ALG ig 15ml/kg/d×14 protects body-weight from decreasing in reserpinized mice. An increase in spleen-weight has also been observed in normal mice with ALG ig 20ml/kg/d×7, and ALG ig 15ml/kg/d×10 elevates the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles in normal mice.
