摘要
本文报道6×9不完全双列杂交下5个产量性状和3个抗性指标的遗传控制和参试亲本及部分组合的遗传效应预测值:病粒率、病情指数、株高、千粒重、单株穗数和每籁粒数的广义、狭义遗传力均达到显著或极显著水平;产量性状与抗病指标的协方差多数呈负值,即抗性与高产相统一,但抗性与株高相矛盾,即表现出株高有助于抗性;苏麦3号、湘麦1号和扬86-80等品种的抗病性加性效应值较高,是抗赤霉病有种的重要素材;抗病性比产量性状的杂种优势更不明显.
A 6 x 9 half-dialled crosses were conducted in 1991 for genetic analysis of 5 agronomic traitsand 3 resistant indexes to scab by means of statistical procedure of MINQUE and AUP. The results showthat the V and h2 of infected grain percentage, disease index, plant height, and 1000-grain weight aresignificantly high; the negative correlation exists between resistance index and plant height meanwhilesome positive correlations exist among resistance and yield traits; SM 3, XM 1, and Y 86-80 are appropriateparents for resistance to scab; and the heterosis of resistance to scab is not significant.
