摘要
复合塔是新开发的一种高效气液接触设备,它由穿流筛板下加一层规整填料的复合塔板所组成,规整填料使塔板间的部分空间得到很好的利用。此结构可使气液两相的流动分布大为改善,起到消除雾沫夹带的作用。实验和工业应用证明:复合塔的塔板效率可比一般塔提高50%以上,通量增大20%左右。
Compound column is a high efficient gas-liquid contactor which has recently ben developed. The compound tray is compound of a dual- now tray and a structrued packing element, the later is placed directly under the tray. The structured packing makes the part of vaPOr space between the adjacent tray sefective in mass transfer. Such structure also makes thetwo phase flow distribution improved significantly and eliminates the entrainment by the structured packing. From the experimental results and industrial applications, it shows that the efficiency of comPOund trays is 50% higher and the throughput about 20% higher as comparedwith conventional tray.
