The significance of designing the Antiship Missile Effectiveness Fuzzy Comprehensive Evalua- tion System(AMEFCES)is expounded.A mathematical model for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the antiship missile effectiveness is constructed.The basic structure of AMEFCES are described.
