摘要
优ⅠＡ５３是广东省韶关市提纯建立起来的优良株系。它显著的育性特点是不育度比较高而且稳定，自交Ｆ１结实率很低，适宜低代利用，并提出了安全利用模式和相应对策。
You ⅠA53,a purified line from rice CMS line You ⅠA, performed in high and stable seedsterility (99.65%～99.99%)but low sterile plant percentage(26%～95%).Its selfed seeds showed a verylow seed set(0.74%) in the F1 generation but a much higher seed set(58.33%)in the F2 generation. Based onits fertility characteristics, the safe model to use it was suggested that in the first growing season of thebreeder′s seeds single-plant selection and microscope examinations be strictly done, in the second and thirdseasons the foundation seeds be produced and multiplied and in the fourth season the seeds be used for the hy-brid seed production. This multiplying procedure for You ⅠA53 shortens the period of foundation seedproduction and guarantees the seed purity.
