摘要
对西南地区习用的云前胡、旱前胡和长前胡的试验结果表明：３种前胡的水、醇提取液均能增加小鼠呼吸道分泌，解除多种药物引起的豚鼠支气管平滑肌和家兔小肠平滑肌的痉挛，对正常小肠的自发性收缩也有抑制作用；云前胡水提物对整体动物还具有平喘作用。３种前胡的作用强度为：云前胡＞旱前胡＞长前胡，而且３种前胡的醇提物活性均较水提物强。
The tests on Peaeedanum rubricanle,Ligusticum daucoide and Peacedanum turgeniifolium habituallyused in southwest area have shown that 3 kinds of extract of Peucedanum praerptorum Dunn in water or alcohol can in-crease the secretion of pneogaster inrats,relieve drug produced spasm in rats’bronchus smooth muscle and in rabits’smallintestine smooth muscle. It can also inhibit spontaneous contract of normal small intestine. The extract of Peacedanumrubricaule in water also has the antiasthmatic effect on whole animals.The action intensity of 3 kinds of Peucedanumpraerptorum Dunn is as follows:Peacedanum rubricaule is the stongest and Peacedanum turgeniifolium is the weakestwith Ligusticum daucoide somewhere in between. more over the activity of extract in alcohol is stongger than that inwater.
