摘要
用LI—1600稳态气孔计测定16个大豆品种叶片蒸腾速率和气孔阻力的结果表明:大豆叶片背面的蒸腾速率大于腹面,植株中部叶片大于上下部叶片,花期高于结荚鼓粒期,晚熟品种高于早熟品种.
The leaf transpiration rate and stomata resistance of 16 different soybean(Glycine Max.(L.)Marr.)cultivars were measured with LI-1600 Steady State porometer.The results showed that the transpiration rate was higher in lower leaf surface than that in the upper leaf surface,and higher in leaves on mid-nodes than in leaves-on lower and upper nodes.Also,leaves at flowering stage have a higher transpiration rate than that at the pod-filling stage,and higher in the leaves of late varieties than in the leaves of early varieties.
