摘要
合成了7对B环有不同取代基的7-羟基黄烷酮和7-羟基黄酮。比较了它们对离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量、心肌收缩力和心率的影响。发现2,3-位双键存在时抑制心肌收缩的作用较为明显。
Seven pairs of B-ring substituted 7-hydroxyflavanones and7-hydroxyflavones were synthesized and tested on isolated guinea pig hearts(Langendorff's method).It was found that flavones had marked inhibition effecton the myocardial contractility.
