摘要
蛋白激酶C通常以无活性型存在于细胞的可溶性部分。如用H_1组蛋白为底物,此酶活化需要Ca及磷脂,当用鱼精蛋白为底物时,活化就不需要Ca^(+2)及磷脂,且活性远高于以H_1组蛋白为底物。但蛋白激酶C的抑制剂氯丙嗪,此时也有抑制作用。
Protein kinase C is present as an inactive form in soluble cytosol. The enzyme absolutely requires Ca^(++) and phospholipid for its activation when assayed with calf thymus H_1 histon as a substrate. If with protamine as a substrate the enzyme is fully active in the absence of Ca^(++), phospholipid, its activity far exceeds that of with H_1 histon as a substrate. But the enzyme is profoundly inhibited by chlorpromazine.
