摘要
本文综述了我国抗肿瘤中草药成分结构改造的研究概况,从构效关系研究中,找到了活性高、毒性低的新抗肿瘤药物。其中,秋水仙酰胺、去甲斑蝥素已投入生产;异靛甲、羟基斑螯胺、石石蒜内胺盐已鉴定用于临床。
The study of structural modification on active constituents of Chinese medicinal herbs was reviewed in thispaper.Some new anti-tumor drugs have been found with higher activity and lower toxicity in the studyof structural modification,such as colchiceinamide and norcantharidine have been produced,N-methyliso-indigotin,hydroxycantharidinimide and ungeremine,have been used in clinic.
