摘要
本文采用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法对高温合金中铪的测定进行了研究。观察到铪的光谱干扰和非光谱干扰效应，选择了最佳测定条件，测定了各种合金中铪的含量，得到较好的精密度和准确度。
In this paper, it has been studied for determination of hafmium with inductivly coupled plasma emissionspectrometry.Observed the effect of interference of spectrum and non-spectrum on hafmium determination;Selected theoptimum factors of hafmium of all kinds of the alloy,made a systematic experimemt for precision and accumacy of hafmiumdetermination.the results obtained are satisfactory.
