摘要
CBD吸入染毒(90.200,400mg/m^2)2~3wk,可引起小鼠末梢血T细胞相对数量的减少和DTH反应的抑制;能明显降低IgM AFC功能和血清抗SRBC IgM含量;能导致胸腺和脾脏系数的降低以及胸腺和骨髓细胞DNA合成的抑制;可增加对S180细胞攻击的敏感性并对脾脏NK细胞活力有明显抑制作用。以上结果表明,CBD对小鼠细胞免疫和初次体液免疫功能有抑制作用,对免疫器官特别是胸腺和骨髓可产生毒性损伤,并能降低机体免疫监视功能。
Chlorobutadiene (CBD)is used as a.chemical intermediate in manufacturing neoprene.The immunotoxicity of CBD (90,250,400 mg/ m3)inhalation for 2~3 wk in mice was studied.CBD could significantly decrease the relative amount of peripheral T lymphocytes,delayed type hypersensitivity,splenic IgM AFC function and serum IgM response to SRBC.The weight of thymus and the DNA syntheses of thymocytes and bone marrow cells were lowered in mice exposed to CBD.CBD treatedmice also showed increase of sensitivity to S180 cells and inhibition of splenic NK cell activity.These results indicate that CBD can exert inhibitory effects on cellular and primary humoral immune funcion,and toxic effects on thymus and bone marrow; and also reduce the immunosurveillance function in mice.
