摘要
本文用锌试剂络合萃取－分光光度法测定了咳特灵胶囊中扑尔敏的含量，该法不受制剂中其它成分的干扰，操作简便、快速、灵敏度高，结果稳定、可靠。平均回收率为９９．３％，ＲＳＤ为０．３２９％，ｎ＝５。
A method is described for determination of chlorpheniramine maleate in Keteling capsulae by zincon complexometric extraction-spectrophotometry.Its main advantages are no interference from other components in compound preparation.Simple.accurate and convenient to operate.
