摘要
以反相离子对色谱法测定头孢三嗪的含量。色谱柱为WatersNova-PakC_85μm(3.9mm×150mm),流动相为乙腈-复合缓冲液(28:72);反离子为四丁基溴化铵;检测波长为270nm。在浓度34.1~79.6μg/ml的范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。本法回收率为99.4%,柱效为4082理论塔板数,拖尾因子为1.25,重复进样的相对标准差为0.31%。
A reverse-phase ion-pair HPLC for the quantitative determination of ceftriaxone was developed.The column(3.9mm×150mm)was packed with Nova-Pak C_8(5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-buffer solution(Dissolve 3.4g of tetrabutylammonium bromide in 500ml water,add 74ml of pH7. 0 phosphate buffer solution and 6.7ml of pH5.0 citrate buffer solution,and add water to make 1000ml)(28:72).The counter ion was tetrabutylammonium bromide,The detector wave length was 270nm. The quantitative analysis was performed using external standard.This method was fast with good linearity and accurate.
