摘要
本文选用Wistar大鼠进行了生殖毒性研究,检测了饮水中分别含40、200和1000ppm的爱多收对大鼠生殖机能、胎鼠的生长发育和胎鼠致畸作用的影响。其试验结果是:1.在试验期间各组试验动物的健康状况、行为表现、增重和饲料转化率均无明显影响。2.对生殖机能的影响:中、低剂量组不影响雌鼠的受孕率,而高剂量则导致雌鼠的受孕率明显下降。各剂量组对受孕鼠的平均黄体数、着床数、活胎数、吸收胎儿数和死胎数均无明显影响。3.对胎鼠生长发育的影响:除中剂量组胎鼠的体长和尾长明显高于对照组胎鼠外,各组间的胎鼠体重,体长和尾长、胎盘重均未见明显差异。4.对胎鼠致畸作用的影响:各剂量组与对照组均未出现外观畸形和内脏畸形,各组的骨骼畸形率为25.0~33.3%,骨骼崎胎出现率为11.1~15.4%,各剂量组与对照组之间无明显差异,所以,饮水中含40~1000ppm的爱多收不引起胎鼠产生外观畸形、内脏畸形和骨骼畸形。
This paper deals with the toxicity of Atonik to the reproduction of Wistar rats. Atonik was fed to Wistar rats at 40ppm, 200ppm or 1000ppm in drinking water for 60days,then the male and female rats were mated for the toxicity tests. Results demon-strate: (1)There were no observable maternal toxicity at all tested doses of Atonik(P>0.05).(2)The effects on reproductive perfOrmance: There were no significantdescent on the fertility of rats at 40ppm and 200ppm treatments, but Atonik at 1000ppm in drinking water descended the fertility of Wistar rats(P<0.01).Atonlk at alltested doses had no influence on the number of corpora luteam, implants,living fetusesand fetal death of pregnant Wistar rats. (3) The effects on fetal growth and develop-ment: The body weight, body and tail length, placenta weight of the fetuses in alltreatments were no significant difference except the body and tail length of the fetuseat 200ppm group were increased(P<0. 05).(4)The teratogenic effects of fetuses: Theresults indicated that Atonik had no significant teratogenic effects on fetuses(P>0.05).
