肺表面活性物质替代疗法对兔油酸性肺损伤的治疗作用

摘要 油酸可致急性肺水肿和肺泡表面活性物质(PS)异常。作者研究了外源性PS对家兔油酸性肺损伤的治疗效应。结果表明气管内滴入猪肺灌洗液提取PS50mg/kg可明显改善氧合,降低血管外肺水及水肿液蛋白含量,减少气压伤的发生,因此外源性PS可减轻油酸所致的急性肺损伤。 The therapeutic effect of exogenous pulmonary surfactant (PS) was studied in the rabbit model of oleic acid-induced lung injury.It Was found that intratracheal instillation of porcine PS 50mg/kg body weight markedly inproved the animal's oxygenation and reduced its extravascular lung water and the protein content in lung lavage. The incidence of pulmonary barotrauma due to mechanical ventilation was also decreased. These results indicate exogenous PS can attenuate acute lung injuries, such as that induced by intravenous oleic acid.
