摘要
本文研究了对果品中低含量抗坏血酸样品进行测定的钼蓝比色法,并对一些果品中的Vc做了测定,结果说明灵敏度高,精密度好.
The molybdenum blue spetrophotometry for determining low content ascorbic acid in fruit samples is studied in this paper,and the contents of Vc in some fruit samples are determined and the results show that this method has high sensitivity and good precision.
