摘要
从理论和实践两方面分析了杂散的形成机理及杂散对雷达性能的影响，推导了杂散影响ＴＩ雷达改善因子的表达式。
The formative mechanism of the radar frequcncy synthesizer stray and the effect of the stray on radar performance has been analysed in terms of theory and practical.The theoretical formaula of the effect of stray on the MTD radar improvement factor is also derived and analysed in theis paper.
