摘要
讨论了用于相控阵雷达的低相位噪声、高频谱纯度、快速频率捷变的频率综合器。该频率综合器具有8.58~9.27GHz的第一本振频率范围(690MHz带宽)、30MHz的频率间隔、小于15μs的频率捷变时间和-115dBc/Hz的基底相位噪声。研究了环内分频次数很低的混频锁相式合成方案,它能使输出频率具有极低的相位噪声。重点分析了快速频率捷变问题,提出了频率一数字变换辅助捕获方法。采用了平面安装工艺及模块化结构等一系列有效措施。
A frequency synthesizer with low phase noise,high spectrum purity and rapid frequency agility for a phased array radar is describe. It is available in the frequency ranges of 8. 58 to 9. 27GHz,with,690 MHz bandwidth, 30MHz frequency interval,less than 15μs frequeney agility time, and-115dBc /Hzphase noise floor.A mixing and phase locked synthesized scheme is then discussed.In this way,the output frequency has very low phase noise. The rapid frequency agility is emphatically analyzed.A supplementary capture method of frepuency-digit conversion is put forward.A series of measure are taken ,such as plane installation technology,modelling structure,etc.,so that the synthesizer magnitude can be smaller.
