摘要
本文解决了ＣＰＭ网络中时间──费用优化的两个核心问题：费用最低时每次压缩的最佳压缩量的求法，群截面的求法。
In this paper,the finding of optimal rcduction for minimum cost and method of group cuts two core problems of time cost optimization for CPM network are soived.
