摘要
本文对预约服务若干问题进行讨论,其中包括预约服务的研究内容、模型、要素、分类、优点和应用,以及与排队服务的比较。文章还简介预约服务经济指标优化等问题,并且着重指出,开展对预约服务的研究,具有一定的实用意义。
In this paper,problems of reservation service is considered, in- cluding the a dvantages,application,model,essential factors,classification,as well as the comparision between queueing service and reservation service. Besides,the optimization of economy targets for reservation service are sim- ply presented. What is more important is that making some researchas on reservation service has practical signficance.
