摘要
对高纯钨中痕量钍的分离、富集及催化极谱测定进行了研究。它是用H2SO4(浓)-(NH4)2SO4溶解高纯钨样品,用镁作载体,氢氧化钠作共沉淀剂在pH值大于13时使钍与钨主体分离。用TRPO萃淋树脂(CL—5401)使钍与其它杂质分离。在pH5.4的乙酸-乙酸钠介质中,当有浓度为0.003%的四丁基碘化铵和0.04%的铜铁试剂存在时,钍(Ⅳ)在峰电位为-1.68V处产生灵敏配合物吸附波,波形稳定,选择性好。本法能测定高纯钨中1×10-5%以上的钍。
The seperate enrichment and catalystic polarographic determination of trace thorium in highpurity tungsten have been investigated.The powder sample was dissolved by H2SO4-(NH4)2SO4 mixture.Using magnesium as carrier and NaOH as coprecipitant, Th(Ⅳ) was seperated from matrix tungsten as pH of solution is increased to 13. Th(Ⅳ) was seperated from other elements by means of tri-alkyl(-R: C7-C8) phosphine oxide (TRPO) extraction chromatography.It has been found that stable and sensitive polarography wave of thorinm(Ⅳ) can be obtained at the maximum potantial of -1.68V in NaAc-HAc buffer medium of about pH 5.4 containing 0. 003% tetrabutylamomium iodide and cupferron. The proposed method has a good selectivity, 1×10-5% thorium in high-purity tungsten can be determined by means of this method.
