摘要
适当浓度的CeCl4浸种处理,能诱导油松幼芽产生酯酶同工酶,有利于脂库油酯动员,促进种子萌发;在幼苗由种子营养转入光合营养发育期,CeCl4浸种处理能诱导幼苗产生超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶,增强光合组织消除超氧负离子,对膜起保护作用,有利于类囊体发育,促进幼苗生长。
Seed dressing by adequate concentration CeCl4 can induce isoenzymes of esterase of Chinese pine bud. and is beneficial to utilize lipids from lipid pool to hasten the germination of seeds. Seedling at the stage of convertion of seed nutrition to photosynthetic nutrition, the seed dressing with CeCl4 can induce seedling to produce isoenzymes of SOD, hence to increase the ability of cleaning the superoxide anions in photosynthetic tissues, and is then to protect the biomembrane. This is beneficial to thylakoid development and seedling growth.
