摘要
镧(10μmolL-1)和钙(1mmolL-1均降低水稻根系对k+的亲和力,以致钾的吸收下降。前者属竞争性抑制;镧促进磷的吸收,使km值减小,Vmax增大,而钙则抑制磷的吸收,属反竞争性类型。
In the present study,experimental results revealed that the absorption of potassium was in-hibited by La(10μmol L-1) and Ca(1 mmol L-1)in rice roots.Lanthanum was a competitiveinhibitor of K+ uptake.La promoted the absorption of phosphorus.La decresed apparent Km andincreased the Vmax for P uptake.The absorption of P was inhibited by calcium.Kinetic analysisindicated that the inhibition was of a uncompetitive nature
