摘要
针对三峡水利枢纽建设中难度最大的移民问题，提出了移民环境容量的概念，并以人口，耕地。粮食预测为依据，估算了不同营养标准下涪陵市的移民环境容量，结合该市库区实际，提出了若干改善移民环境，扩大移民容量的对策。
Inview of the migration problem,themost difficult problen,in construction ofthekey water con-servancy project in the three-Gorge- Reservoir in Yangtse River.the author put forward a concept of the environmental capacity for the migration,In this paper.on the basis of calculation in the popula-tion,cultivated area and grain-food,the author estimates environmental capacities for the migration onvarying nuthritive standards and advances countermeasures to improve the migration's environmentand expand the environmental capacity for migration.
