摘要
叙述了移民环境容量研究的意义，探讨了移民环境容量研究工作中存在的问题。并定义了移民环境容量。最后，提出移民环境容量的研究方法和工作程序。
The significance of study on the migration environlnental capacity(MEC)was described briefly in this paper。Meaanwhile we had also discussed eii-stent problelns in the research of MEC and defined it,At last, we pointed cuttbe countermeasures and programs of studying MEC.
