摘要
用正常肠菌群检查法,对四川省凉山彝族自治州32例16～25岁彝族健康青年的9类主要正常肠菌群进行调查,各类菌群数均值(Log10~n/克大便)按从多到少的顺位分别是:真杆菌9.47±0.93、乳杆菌8.96±0.6,拟杆菌8.76±1.83、肠杆菌科8.75±0.74、双歧杆菌8.24±0.64、肠球菌8.11±0.83、消化球菌7.84±0.93、葡萄球菌4.2±3.69、酵母菌1.29±1.97。另以9例与彝族青年生活条件相似的汉族青年作对照,结果表明生活条件相似的彝、汉族青年的正常肠菌群值之间无显著性差异。
With the method of examining bacterial cells of the normal intestinal bacterial flora, we surveyed 9 kinds of main bacterial flora, among 32 young people of Yi Nationality whose age are 16 to 25 years old living in Liangshan autonomous region of Yi Nationality, According to numerical order the numerical valuse of various bacteria are as follows. Eubacterium 9.47±0.93, Lactobacillus 8.96±0.6, Bacterideceae 8.76±1.83, Enterobacterlaceae 8.75±0.74, Bifidobacterium 8.24± 0.64, Enterococcus 8.11±0.83, Peptococcaceae 7.84±0.93, Staphylococcus 4.2±3.69, Yeasts 1.29±1.97,We also compared the above results with 9 cases of Han Nationality in the same age-group whose living conditions were also similar to Yi Nationality.The result showed there were no obvious differences of normal values of the intestinal bacterial flora between Yi Nationality and Han Nationality in the same age-group and having similar living conditions.
