摘要
利用脉冲红外激光产生的等离子体,诱导反应体系TiCl_4/O_2合成了TiO_2超精细粉末,采用IR、XRD、XPS、TEM等技术对粉体进行了分析表征。结果表明,TiO_2超精细粉末粒径在140左右,具有大小均匀、不团聚、粒径尺寸分布窄等优点。由该粉体催化CO氧化结果表明,对CO氧化反应具有较高催化活性。
TiO_2 ultrafine powders(UFP)were synthesized by laser induced vapor-phase reaction methodwith an IR pulsed CO_2 laser as light source and TiCl_4/O_2 as reactant.The means of IR, XRD, TEMand XPS were used to charactcrize the ultrafine powders.The results showed that the powders are main-ly composed of anatase TiO_2 ultrafine powders , while rutile TiO_2 ultrafine powders were substantial; theyhave the characters of single dispersional spherical particles and narrow-size distribution , with size Ca-140. TiO_2 ultrafine powders have a good catalytic activity.
