摘要
本文采用H_2O_2单段(P)、H_2O_2两段(P-P)、次氯酸盐与H_2O_2加酸处理三段(HAP)漂程对红麻皮低温烧碱—AQ浆的漂白工艺进行了研究。结果表明:采用P单段漂,用3%的漂剂可使浆漂至56.6%;总漂剂用量不变,控制P-P两段漂中P_1和P_2的比例,在P_1:P_2<1的情况下,可获得60.2%的白度;HAP漂程,可用较少的漂剂获得白度82.4%以上的漂白浆,且白度稳定性好,浆张物理强度较高。
The bleachability of low temperature SODA-AQ pulp from kenaf bast with one-stage hydrogen peroxide (P), two-stage hydrogen peroxide (P-P) and HAP three kinds of sequences was studied. The results showed: The pulp can bebleached to 56. 6% brightness by using single stage bleaching of the peroxide connsumption about 3%. Through controlling the proportion of P1 and P2 in P-P sequence undercondition of P1:P2<1, a 60. 2% brightness can be reached. With HAP sequence, a brightness over 82. 4% was easy to abtain, and less bleaching chemicals required, better brightness stability and higher pulp physical strength.
