摘要
研究了杨木SEP H_2O_2两段漂白和以甲脒亚磺酸(FAS)代替H_2O_2进行组合漂白以及H_2O_2-Na_2S_2O_4两段组合漂白。其结果表明:当H_2O_2总用量为5%,分配比例P_1:P_2为1:4时,杨木SEP H_2O_2-H_2O_2两段漂白漂后纸浆白度为64.4%SBD,白度增值为23.4%SBD,比在相同的H_2O_2用量下单段漂白高出1.2%SBD。H_2O_2-FAS两段漂白和H_2O_2-Na_2S_2O_4两段组合漂白,白度增值可分别达到24.2%SBD和17.3%SBD。
The bleaching of poplar steam explosion pulp(SEP) is studied in this paper. This paper focuses on single-stage bleaching with hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) and two-stage bleaching such as H_2O_2 -H_2O_2 ,H_2O_2 -FAS and H_2O_2 -Na_2S_2O_4. The results show that, after two-stage bleaching with H_2O_2 -H_2O_2, the brightness of SEP can reach 64.4% SBD,and the brightness gain is 23.4% SBD,wh ch is 1.2% SBD higher than that of single-stage with the same 5% H_2O_2 charge,and the appropriate H_2O_2 charge ratio of two stage is 1:4. The two-stage bleaching of H_2O_2 - FAS and H_2O_2-Na_2S_2O_4 can get brightness gain of 24.2% SBD and 17.3% SBD respectively.
