狭缝对火花点火发动机碳氢排放的影响 被引量:2

INFLUENCE OF CREVICES ON HYDROCARBON EMISSIONS IN SPARK IGNITION ENGINES

摘要 在利用激光干涉法测量定容燃烧弹燃烧室狭缝间隙内未燃混合气热力状态参数的基础上,分析了不同狭缝间隙宽度下狭缝内未燃混合气双壁激冷厚度的变化规律,定量地计算了狭缝容积内未燃碳氢(UHC)的生成量。结果表明,狭缝间隙处未燃混合气的双壁激冷厚度不仅与狭缝宽度有关,也与未燃混合气在狭缝内所处的位置有关,理论计算和实验结果表明,存在一临界狭缝宽度,超出这一宽度将有助于火焰在其内部的传播,从而降低UHC在缸内的生成量,在本实验的条件下,在火焰传播到狭缝入口处时,入口处双壁激冷临界厚度为0.5mm,这与作者根据纹影拍照得到的结果相符。实验结果也表明,火焰传播到狭缝入口处时,狭缝内UHC量将增加到燃烧开始时的4倍左右。 On the basis of measurements of thermodynamic state parameters of unburned mixturein a crevice of constant volume combustion bomb by using laser interferometry,the variationof two- wall quench distances for different crevices width have been analyzed and amounts ofunburned hydrocarbon(UHC)in the crevices have been calculated quantitatively.It is shownthat the two-wall quench distance is not only relative to the crevice width but also to the po-sition of the mixture in the crevice,The theoretical calculation and experimental results showthat there exists an critical crevice width,and the flame will propagate into the crevice if itswidth is larger than the critical crevice width, which results in reducing the amounts of UHCin cylinder,At the condition of the test,the two-wall quench distance at the crevice entranceis about 0.5 mm for the flame reaching the corresponding position,which gives good agree-ment with the results obtained by authors′schlieren pictures,The experimental results alsoshow that the amounts of UHC in crevice at the moment of flame arriving increases about 4times more than the crevice UHC before combustion。
