摘要
本文研究了在ZnO中引入具有正失晶石结构的(Mg0.5Zn0.5)Al2O4及适量半导化元素Y2O3的复合陶瓷材料的晶相结构、缺陷模型、电导特性及电阻温度特性等,通过配方及工艺的调整,可得到性能优良的线性固定电阻材料.
The ceramic materials of ZnO doped with different amount of (Mg0.5Zn0.5)Al2O4 and little Y2O3 being donor were studied. The crystal structure and microstructure, defect model, electronic conductivity and R-T characteristics of the materials were investigated. The results show that the linear stable resistor materials can be produced by adjusting the ratio of ZnO and (Mg0.5Zn0.5)Al2O4.
