摘要
通过建立大鼠离体心脏氧反常的模型,研究川芎嗪对其保护作用。结果表明:川芎嗪具有负性变时性、降低心律失常发生率和抗脂质过氧化的作用。因而,川芎嗪对大鼠离体心脏的氧反常起到有效地保护作用。
The effects of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) were investigated in langendorff heart of rats. It was found that TMP could significantly inhibit the reperfusion arrhythmias, decrease the content of malondialdehyde(MDA), and counteract the decrease of the activites of superoxide dismutase(SOD). The results indicate that the protective effects of TMP on the oxygen paradox may be associated with the diminution of membrane lipid peroxidation and blockage of calcium channel.
