四、中国对“信息高速公路”战略计划的反映 1994年1月11日,’94全国电子信息推广应用工作会议在京召开。国务委员宋健同志在会上讲了话,他说:在我国逐步建立电子信息高速公路的提法是对的。邹家华在贺信中说:叫“信息国道”好,这说明大家非常重视信息基础设施。叫“国道”我赞成,“国道”比较确切,因为我们没有那么多的钱,也达不到那么高的速度,但这是摆在我们面前的一项迫切任务,信息网络问题已经提了十年,由于各种原因没有形成。现在我们与国际的差距越来越大,90年代,我们必须在电子信息产业,特别在电信基础工程方面有突出成绩。
Information super highway' implemented in U. S. A. has made great effects on the economic development and market competition all over the world. The government of many countries are considering and making their own 'information super highway' plans. So does the Chinese government. To promote the development of the information industry, China needs to build the national information infrastructure and quicken the opening to the outside world.
