摘要
对高速误码测试仪中的时钟产生技术进行了研究,提出可以用滤波器提取高次谐波的方法来获得高频高准确度的时钟,最后给出了实验结果。
This paper studies the clock generating technique in high speed error test set. It puts forward that high speed and high accuracy clock may be generated by means of extracting harmonic through filters. At last, this paper shows the experiment results.
