We have compared threeimmunohistochemical methods: SABC, S- Pand ABC
using eleven primary antibodies(cytokeration , PSA , GFAP etc ). The resultsshow that the SABC
has the followingfeatures : extremely sensitive , lowbackground , rapid ,convenient and stable.
Wehave also studies the mechanism for theextreme sensitivity of SABC. It is suggestedthat SABC.
It is the most ideal mehod ofimmunohistocheinistry.
