摘要
报道大容量全肺灌洗治疗矽肺３０例的临床疗效。结果表明，大容量全肺灌洗能及时清除在肺泡与下呼吸道沉积的固体沉淀物平均为６８７ｍｇ，含游离ＳｉＯ２粉尘平均为１２．３ｍｇ，术后患者咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难等症状均有明显改善，且能提高肺通气功能，心功能，以及动脉血氧分压。
This paper reports the clinic effects of treating silicosis's patients of 30 cases.The results show hat the mean value of 607mg solid deposit and 12.3mg siliceous dust in the lung-breathing pipe are cleared out with WLL after the treatment,the sympotoms of cough,phlegm and breathing difficulty improved obviously and the capacity of breathing,heart function and the partial pressure of oxygen in artery are improved.
