摘要
用多次浸渍法制备了Pt—Sn—K/Al2O3丙烷催化肥氢制丙烯催化剂,该催化剂Pt含量小于0.45%(质量),制备容易,重复性好;分别在催化剂装量为2mL和100mL的试验装置上考察了其长周期运转情况。在常压、610℃、丙烷与高纯氢以1:1(mol)进料,气体体积空速为1500h ̄(-1)的条件下,每反应50h再生一次,累计运转500h,催化剂的活性无明显降低,丙烯选择性和收率的平均值分别大于84%和32%。单程连续运转74h,生成丙烯的选择性和收率的平均值分别为88.6%和31.4%。
The catalyst of making Ptopene by Pt-Sn-K/Al2O3 propane catalysis dehydrogcnation is prefered by multiple impregnation. The Pt content of the catalyst is <0. 45% (quality),The catalyst is easy to prepare and has a good repetition. its running conditions in a long period is investigated in the test devices of which Capabilities respectively are 2 ml and 100 ml. In the conditions that feeding flow is at normal Pressure.610℃,C3H8/H2=1:1(mol)and the air velocity of gas volume is 500 h(-1),the regeneration of the catalyst appears once evey 50 hours and the activity of it is not reduced obviously when running time is accumulative iotaly 500h. The avetage values of propene selectivity and collection ratio are respectively> 80 % and 30 %. But when continuously running 70h per bass .the average values of propene selectivity and collection ratio are respectively 88. 6 % and 3 1. 4 %.
